3CX is a business phone system that runs in the cloud instead of a box in a cupboard. Your team makes and takes calls on your business numbers from desk phones, a computer or the 3CX app on their mobile.
Do I need new desk phones?
Not necessarily. Plenty of teams use just the app on their mobiles and computers. If you want desk phones, we’ll recommend ones that work with 3CX.
Can I keep my existing number?
Usually, yes. Most New Zealand numbers can be moved to a new provider, and we handle the paperwork so customers keep calling the number they know.
Can I get an 0800 number?
Yes. We can set up a new 0800 number, a local 03 number, or both, ringing on whichever phones you choose.
