Websites for tradies

A website that rings your phone.

You’re on the tools all day. Your website should answer the questions customers ring about, show off your work, and send quote requests straight to your phone.

What it needs

Everything a customer checks first.

Before anyone rings a tradie they don’t know, they check the same handful of things. A good site answers all of them on one screen.

Tap to call

Your number at the top of every page, one tap to ring from a phone. No hunting.

A quote form that works

Customers describe the job, where it is and how urgent it is. It lands in your inbox, ready to price.

Your services and your area

A clear list of what you do and the towns you cover, so Google can match you to local searches.

Photos of real jobs

Before-and-after shots from your phone do more for trust than any stock photo.

Licences and memberships

Show your registrations, like LBP, Master Builders, the PGDB or the EWRB, so customers can check you’re the real deal.

Hours and call-outs

Say plainly whether you do after-hours and emergency work, and how to reach you when you do.

Questions

Good to know.

All my work comes from word of mouth. Do I need a website?

Word of mouth still ends in a search. When someone hears your name, they usually look you up before they ring. A simple site with your services, your area and your number makes that easy and backs up the recommendation.

Do I have to write anything?

No. A fifteen-minute phone call is usually enough for us to write the words, and you check them before anything goes live.

I don’t have good photos. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Send whatever you’ve got on your phone from recent jobs. We’ll pick the best ones and tidy them up, and you can add more as you go.

Can customers send a quote request from their phone?

Yes. The quote form is built for phones first, and it lands in your inbox with the customer’s details and a description of the job.

What does it cost to run?

Your domain name is a small yearly fee, and our care and hosting plan is $79 a month if you’d like us to look after it. Your quote sets out every running cost before you commit.
